These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the mobile application and related services (the “Service”) operated by Diffused Innovations Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

If you are under 18 years old, you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Subscriptions and Payments

Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

The Service may offer auto-renewable subscriptions (“Subscriptions”).

Payment and Renewal

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current price.
